These terms cover the LocalCited AI visibility audit ("the audit") and the free tools on localcited.valleyfill.com, offered by ValleyFill ("we", "us"). By buying an audit or using the tools, you agree to them.

1. What the audit is

For a one-time fee of $49, we:

• build about 28 questions a customer might ask an AI assistant about your type of business and city (most don't mention your name; a few ask about you by name);
• ask those questions on ChatGPT's public website, using a free account, one question per new chat, on the date(s) shown in your report;
• record whether and how ChatGPT mentions you, which other businesses it names and in what order, and which websites it cites, and keep a screenshot of each answer;
• check public pages of your website: whether robots.txt allows AI search crawlers, HTTPS, indexing signals, titles and descriptions, structured data (JSON-LD and LocalBusiness details), and whether your name, address and phone appear on the page;
• send you a PDF report with the results and a prioritized fix list, within 3 business days after we receive the details we ask for.

2. What the audit is not

• Not a guarantee or a ranking promise. We don't control, and can't promise, whether ChatGPT or any other AI assistant or search engine mentions or recommends you, now or after you make the fixes.
• Not a measurement of what everyone sees. AI answers vary by model version, free or paid plan, location, account history, settings, and day. We use a free account from our own location; your customers may see different answers. Your report is a dated sample.
• Not every assistant. The audit checks ChatGPT only. It doesn't check other AI assistants, paid ChatGPT plans, or voice assistants.
• Not done-for-you work. We don't log in to your accounts, edit your website or listings, contact anyone, or post anything for you.
• Not professional advice. Reports are general marketing and website information. They are not legal, tax, licensing, insurance, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Ask a qualified professional for those.

3. AI-generated content

Reports quote short excerpts of answers produced by ChatGPT. Those excerpts are AI-generated, may be inaccurate or out of date, and are labelled as AI-generated with the date. They aren't our statements or views, and they don't mean any provider endorses you or us. LocalCited and ValleyFill are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, or any other AI provider; their names are used only to describe what we check.

4. Your responsibilities

• Order audits only for a business you own or are authorized to represent. No audits of competitors.
• Give us accurate details. Never send us passwords, logins, or account access; we never need them and will delete them if sent.
• Don't use the audit or the tools to break the law or anyone's rights, including platform rules such as those against fake reviews.
• Use the free tools only on websites you own or are allowed to test, within their daily limits.

5. Price and payment

The audit costs $49 (USD), charged once at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; ValleyFill never sees your card number. There are no subscriptions or extra charges. Prices shown are the price you pay unless Stripe shows tax at checkout. If we change the price, the change never affects an audit you've already paid for.

Not available yet. The Solo and Agency plans and the free 5-question check are waitlist only. Joining a waitlist is free and creates no charge. If they open, we'll publish their terms before taking any payment.

6. Refunds

Full refund if we can't complete your audit. If we can't complete your audit for any reason (for example, your website can't be reached, we can't deliver your report within 3 business days of receiving your details, or ChatGPT blocks or limits us), we refund you in full. Where we can, we'll tell you before the deadline passes.

How refunds work. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Stripe says refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We don't charge a fee for a refund.

7. Your content and our report

You keep your rights in what you send us; you let us use it only to deliver the audit. Once delivered, you may use the report for your own business, including sharing it with your web designer or agency. Please keep quoted AI excerpts labelled as AI-generated.

8. Limit of liability

We deliver the audit with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an audit is limited to the amount you paid for that audit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any of your rights, that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the version in force when you paid applies to your order. You can stop using the service any time. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks section 4, with a full refund if we haven't delivered.
